Kurze Fragen zu Index und PDF-Einbindung.

Jetzt habe ich es nach langem Probieren endlich verstanden, wie das mit den *-ist-Files funktioniert! Ich bin jetzt dem Ziel schon sehr nahe. Das Stichwortverzeichnis wird (fast) korrekt erstellt. Zwei Probleme gibt es noch:

1.) Problem 1: Untereinträge und Unter-Untereinträge im Verzeichnis werden nicht getrennt, es gibt auch keine Zeilenschaltung. Beispiel:

EuropaItalienRom ........ 4

2.) Problem 2: Die Punkte sind zu nahe beieinander, im Vergleich zum Abkürzungs- und Tabellenverzeichnis. Kann man das ändern? In der Doku zu makeindex habe ich nichts gefunden.
