    Start-Stop-Restart-Skript

    Moin !

    Ich suche ein gutes Beispiel, wie man einen Dienst per Skript steuern kann. Ich weiss, im init.d Verzeichniss liegen genügend Beispiel

    Die sind mir bei meinem Kenntnisstand etwas zu "strange". Kennt jemand von euch ein einfaches/kleines Skript, womit ich mal anfangen kann ?

    Als kleines Beispiel kannst du z.B. ntpdate nehmen.

    Grundsätzlich sind diese Scripte für das SysV-System immer ähnlich aufgebaut:

    1. Default-Werte setzen
    2. Optional Default-Werte mit konfigurierte Werten aus /etc/default/NAME einlesen
    3. Case-Statement für ersten Kommandozeilen-Parameter:
      • start zum Starten des Dienstes
      • stop zum Stoppen des Dienstes
      • restart zum Neustarten (ruft meistens nur stop und start auf)
      • reload Zum Neuladen von Konfigurationsdateien etc. (meistens mit Signal)
      • Weitere, speziellere Funktionen


    Debian verwendet zum Starten und Beenden der Dienste meist den start-stop-daemon Befehl, siehe manpage.
