Hallo,

\begin{table}[htdp]
\caption[TCS' Capability and Client Demand Analysis for 2011]{TCS' Capability and Client Demand Analysis for 2011\footnotemark}
\begin{center}
\begin{tabular}{|>{\centering}m{2cm}|>{\centering}m{1cm}|>{\centering}m{1cm}|>{\centering}m{1cm}|>{\centering}m{8cm}|}
\hline
\rowcolor[rgb]{0.9,0.9,0.9}[5.5pt]
\textbf{Dimension} & \textbf{Capabilities} & \textbf{Client Demand} & \textbf{Difference} & \textbf{Analysis} \tabularnewline
\hline \hline
Industry / Domain & 4.5 & 6 & \textcolor{red}{-1.5} & TCS has the deepest and roadest industry expertise of the India-3 whereas the client demand will outrange the capabilities. \tabularnewline \hline

Relationship & 4 & 5 & \textcolor{red}{-1} & TCS has not been able to establish high-level executives in the organizations. Therefore they introduced a new initiative called \ecite{Level 3} in order to reorganize the account and sales manager structures. \tabularnewline \hline

Global Delivery Model & 6 & 5.5 & \textcolor{green}{0.5} & TCS' delivery model and the client demand will meet nearly. \tabularnewline \hline

Utility & 5 & 4 & \textcolor{green}{1} & The ratio of utility revenue is historically grown and has to be decreased significantly. Nevertheless it is expected to be higher than the client demand. \tabularnewline \hline

Enhancement & 4 & 6 & \textcolor{red}{-2} & The ability to offer higher-business-value element to the enterprises increases but remains under client expectations. \tabularnewline \hline

Transformation & 2 & 4 & \textcolor{red}{-2} & TCS is able to provide business values like innovation and competitive differentiation but still there is improvement potential because of the high enterprise needs. \tabularnewline

Das erste Wort eines Absatzes wird nie umbrochen! Deshalb in Tabellen immer
ein \hspace{0pt} bei den Spaltendefinitionen berücksichtigen:

\usepackage{ragged2e}
\newcolumntype{C}[1]{>{\Centering\hspace{0pt}}m{#1}}
\begin{tabular}{|C{2cm}|C{1cm}|C{1cm}|C{1cm}|C{8cm }|}

\Centering (ragged2e) ist hier angebracht, sonst gibt es Probleme mit der letzen Spalte.
Und senkrechte Linien in Tabellen sind schrecklich ...
