Lizenzfrage

Hallo,

ich kämpfe momentan mit dem Verständnis der ganzen einzelnen (OSS) Lizenzen. Insbesondere interessiert mich folgende Frage:

Kann man Teile eines source codes mit folgender Klausel in einem GPL Projekt verwenden? Was ist, wenn das Projekt eine klassische, oder neuere BSD Lizenz hat?

Das sieht ähnlich aus wie die MIT Lizenz, wenn auch die Worte nicht genau dieselben sind.

Ist auf jeden Fall GPL-Kompatibel - sowohl für GPLv2 als auch GPLv3.

BSD Lizenz ist auch GPL-Kompatibel, solange sie die Advertising-Klausel nicht enthält (die da ist: "All advertising materials mentioning features or use of this software must display the following acknowledgement: This product includes software developed by the University of California, Berkeley and its contributors.")
Dies ist bei der modifizierten BSD-Lizenz der Fall.
